Can I get points from more that one person?
Yes, we will provide you with 10 to 15 "Personal Reward Cards" and you can give them
away to anyone, you will receive 100 points from every referral that schedule a service for
the first time.
Can I get more "Personal Reward Cards"?
Yes. If you need more cards, you can log in into your account and request more cards and
we will send them to you via mail in 2 to 5 business days.
Can I redeem my points at any time?
Only after you accumulate 10000 points.
What if I have more than 10000 points?
You can redeem 10000 points for a $150.00 Gift Certificate and the remaining points will
stay in your personal account.
Can I give my points to a friend?
Yes, you can transfer your points to a friend.
Can I redeem my points for a service with a different company?
At the moment we are looking at the possibility to do that.
We have parter ship with another companies.
Can I give my Gift Certificate to somebody else?
Yes. Anyone can use our Gift Certificates, but they have an expiration date.
They expire Three years after the issue date.
Is this program for life?
Well, this program is our way to Thank our customers and because we are a family owned
and operated company, I am pretty sure that we will continue with the program for as long
as The Bucket and I, LLC stays in business.
I am a regular customer, do I get points for my past services?
The program started on February 2010. Any services before won't count.
Can I redeem my points for cash?
Yes. You can redeem your points for cash only with The Bucket and I, LLC and not with
third parties.
Cash redemption value: 10 points = 5 cents (US$0.05)
for every 10 points we will give you 5 cents of a dollar.
